Gift Basket & Small Order Delivery

Our listed delivery rates are for one-way drop-off delivery of gift baskets, stuffed balloons, treats, and smaller arrangements.

These delivery rates do not include balloon backdrop setup, installation, pickup, tear down, or rental item return.

Delivery & Pickup – Local Fulfillment Only

Nani’s Balloons & Keepsakes offers local delivery for all gift baskets, balloon arrangements, stuffed balloons, and custom products within Clermont, Florida and the surrounding Central Florida area.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
All orders are hand-assembled and prepared for the selected delivery or pickup date.

Zone 1 – Local Clermont

Distance: 0–7 miles
Price: $15
Includes Clermont, Minneola, and nearby areas.

Zone 2 – Nearby Communities

Distance: 7–15 miles
Price: $25
Includes Groveland, Montverde, Winter Garden, and surrounding communities.

Zone 3 – Extended Area

Distance: 15–25 miles
Price: $35
Includes select areas toward Leesburg, Ocoee, Winter Garden, and the greater Orlando area.

Zone 4 – Special Extended Delivery

Distance: 25–40 miles
Price: $55

Extended delivery is limited and available for select orders only.
Orders in this zone may require confirmation prior to delivery.

Zone 4 orders require a minimum order total of $125 before delivery fees and may require confirmation before delivery.

⚠️ Balloon Backdrop Delivery + Setup

Custom balloon backdrop packages are quoted separately from our standard delivery rates.

Backdrop setups may include delivery, unloading, setup, installation, rental equipment, pickup, and/or tear down depending on the package and event location.

Final pricing will be confirmed after we review your event address, setup area, event time, parking, stairs/elevator access, indoor or outdoor setup, and whether rental items need to be picked up after the event.

⏰ Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day availability is limited and not guaranteed, especially for chocolate-covered strawberries and holiday orders.

⏰ Delivery Timing

  • Delivery times are provided as estimated windows and assigned after checkout

  • Exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or order volume

  • Same-day delivery may be unavailable during peak holidays

🛍️ Pickup Option

Pickup is available by appointment only.

Pickup instructions and scheduled timing will be provided after checkout. Please do not arrive without confirmation.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Shipping is not available for items containing fresh flowers, chocolate-covered strawberries, or balloons

  • Chocolate-covered strawberries are made fresh to order and are best enjoyed the same day they are received

  • Delivery availability may be limited during high-volume holidays such as Valentine’s Day

  • We offer local delivery only within select areas.

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on distance.

  • Pickup is available by appointment.

  • We do not ship items nationwide.

  • All items are handcrafted and prepared fresh for your selected date.
