Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are handcrafted, made fresh to order, and often include perishable items, all sales are final.

Perishable Items

Chocolate-covered strawberries, fresh treats, and food items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered or picked up due to food safety regulations.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom gift baskets, balloon arrangements, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been prepared.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided preparation has not begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds are processed according to our policy and depend on fulfillment timing. Custom and perishable arrangements may have limited refund eligibility.
