Do you offer shipping?
No. Due to the fresh and handcrafted nature of our products, shipping is not available at this time.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Local delivery within 25 miles (Zones 1–3) does not require a minimum. Extended delivery (Zone 4, 25–40 miles) requires a minimum order of $100 before delivery fees.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
Delivery times are provided as estimated windows and cannot be guaranteed. This allows us to plan routes and keep all orders as fresh and timely as possible.
How do I know which delivery zone I’m in?
Delivery zones are based on distance from Clermont, Florida, 34711, Enter your delivery address at checkout and we will confirm the correct zone before delivery.
Is pickup available?
Yes. Pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup instructions and timing will be provided after checkout. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day. Pre-ordering is strongly recommended.
How fresh are the chocolate-covered strawberries?All chocolate-covered strawberries are made fresh to order and are best enjoyed the same day they are received.
